I’m very happy to be collaborating with Billnäs Gård for our seasonal Petite Yoga Retreats.

These retreats are intentionally compact, created to make it easier to step away from your everyday life and carve out space to reset. It’s just one night, yet often enough to shift something.

If you wish, you can extend your stay at Billnäs Gård and continue enjoying daily practices, slow mornings, and the beautiful cultural landscape by the river. The retreats take place once each season, making them simple to return to throughout the year.

The classes are guided with a beginner’s mind. Open, accessible, and grounding.
Perfect if you are new to yoga, or if you simply feel the need to pause, reconnect, and come back to yourself.
