Terms & Conditions

By signing up for and agreeing to this payment plan, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full Early Bird training fee of 2,222 € (incl. VAT).

Once your sign-up is completed and the first payment is made, this agreement is binding and cannot be withdrawn from. You are required to complete all four payments according to the schedule outlined below.

All payments are non-refundable, except in the event that the training is canceled. If the training is canceled, all payments made will be fully refunded.

Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in additional fees or legal action. Each payment must be made on or before its stated due date. If you anticipate any issues or require adjustments, please communicate with us in advance.

Attendance & Completion Policy

Life can be busy, and we understand that occasional scheduling conflicts may arise. However, live attendance is a core requirement of this training.

To be eligible for certification, participants must attend a minimum of 80% of all live sessions.

• Absences of up to 20% of the live sessions must be compensated through written assignments or other completion requirements determined by the training faculty.

• If a participant misses more than 20% of the live sessions, they will not graduate with their cohort. In this case, the missed module must be retaken in full in a future training round in order to meet certification requirements.

• Re-attending a module requires additional payment, and module pricing may vary from year to year. Re-enrollment is subject to availability.

Live participation is essential to the integrity, safety, and depth of this training. Consistent attendance is expected from all participants.
